RIGL 40-6; Section XIX of the Social Security Act

Purpose and Reason:

Pending approval from the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), effective October 1, 2009, reimbursement for hospital emergency room visits for all Medical Assistance recipients (including RIte Care and RIte Share), except for those under age twenty-one (21) will be limited to twelve (12) visits per year.
